HERE’S
WHAT YOU DO:

1. Click on a link below to send us an email
information request. |

2. Your information request must include the
date, time, location and type of event that you are planning. |
|
3.
We will respond to your information request (usually within 24 hours) with
the total cost of your event, your special discount and the donation amount. |
|
4. You must then make a Reservation Request by
email or by phone. A reservation will not be made automatically. |
|
5. After we receive your Reservation Request,
we will confirm availability and email you a contract. |
|
6. You must then mail a signed copy of the
contract with payment to confirm your reservation. |
|
7. The Charity’s donation will be made after
the deposit is received. |
